Our Policy

We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your items. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimsuits (listed under our “Swimsuits” menu category) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you’re exchanging for a different size or color, we’ll ship the new item once we receive the returned product. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment.
