Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Once you place your order, our team will get to work:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx – $12.95. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: via EMS on orders over $50. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you’re absolutely stoked with your new gear! But if something isn’t quite right, no worries—we’ve got your back.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, all swimsuits (found under our “Swimsuits” menu) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Our Policy:

  • We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your items.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you’re exchanging for a different size or color, we’ll ship the new item once we receive the returned product. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment.
